Can this organisation deploy this product, here, and defend the decision afterwards?
Procurement, CMIO, CISO, and IT leadership running a formal evaluation.
What we can answer for you
- Eligibility gates — BAA, security attestations, PHI handling, FHIR and SSO — surfaced before any score.
- Named integrations and marketplace presence, with the source for each.
- A scenario comparison that only opens when candidates share an explicit buyer context.
- An exportable provenance trail for every claim you would put in front of a committee.
What we will not tell you
- We do not rank vendors that fail the documentary gate, even when you ask.
- We do not model your contract economics or replace a security review.
The IT & Interop lens — Integration depth, implementation burden, standards. This reorders the same dimensions every audience sees. It never creates a separate score.

3 of 39 products currently pass the documentary gate. 40 of 142 claims are source-checked. This is not an audience-specific recommendation. The gate is one global evidence test — it does not change by role, and neither does this list. What the lens above changes is which dimensions we weight when you read a record.
What a product must clear to appear here
- Every claim resolves to a live source that the gate re-fetches, with the class and date recorded.
- Median evidence age is inside the freshness bar — Current (≤45d) or Aging (46–120d). Historical evidence cannot carry a decision.
- The product maps to an evaluated buying scenario, so it has peers to be compared against.
- No critical dimension is left entirely unevidenced.
Almost all 36 exclusions are staleness, not product quality. Every excluded product keeps a full profile and states its own reason.
