Tennr funding round and Latent prior-authorization claim
The previous record said Tennr “raised $101M Series D (2025) after tripling ARR,” with a hiring surge into academic medical centers, citing CB Insights’ Q1 2026 digital health report. That report does not mention the round, ARR, or academic medical centers. SiliconANGLE’s June 18, 2025 report describes a $101M Series C led by IVP. The claim now cites that article and states only what it reports. Its source date and the associated event date are now June 18, 2025, and Tennr’s funding stage is now Series C.
The Latent prior-authorization claim called its $80M Series A “one of the largest pure prior-auth AI rounds.” The cited CB Insights report (archived copy) does not say that. The claim now states what the report does say: it cites the round as a prior-authorization pure-play deal as the CMS-0057-F deadline redirects investment.
Both claims remain unverified. Their retrieval dates and the vendor evidence cutoff (2026-08-27) are unchanged. The two event entries derived from these claims were updated to match, and no other record changed. This correction concerns our record; it does not verify either vendor beyond the cited source.

Corti ISO/IEC 27001 announcement
The previous record dated the announcement August 22, 2026. Corti's source page displays August 28, 2025. The source date and associated event date have been corrected.
The stored excerpt was a URL slug rather than a supporting passage. Its verification state has been downgraded to unverified, and the excerpt gate now prevents URL-like strings from passing as evidence. This correction concerns our record; it does not establish whether the certification is currently in force.

AKASA excerpt and Anterior source links
The AKASA–Cleveland Clinic collaboration record also stored a URL slug as its excerpt. Its state is now unverified; the underlying announcement is not disproven by this correction. Inspect the claim.
Anterior moved its Stellarus announcement under its announcements section. The two affected claims and event now link to the working source. Both existing excerpts were matched again on September 7, 2026. This repairs source access; it does not independently validate the vendor’s assertions. Inspect the product record.
Source checks are not independent validation
The earlier wording described all checked claims as “independently confirmed.” That was too broad: the count included vendor pages, press releases, and customer cases. The interface now says “source-checked.” Independence, study quality, and local applicability remain separate questions.
The corrected corpus contains 40 source-checked claims out of 142. The vendor evidence cutoff remains 2026-08-27; this correction is not a complete September re-verification of the corpus.
CMS prior-authorization scenario
The scenario now states that CMS-0057-F requirements apply to specified impacted payers, with API dates generally beginning in 2027 and varying by payer type. The earlier wording could imply a universal 2027 mandate for physician practices. Read the guide and primary CMS reference.
