This corpus is curated by a small team and is openly incomplete — 102 of 142 claims are still unverified. The fastest way it improves is someone who knows better telling us. Customer-service requests, comments, corrections, and new evidence are welcome from clinicians, practices, health systems, researchers, vendors, and investors alike.
What happens to what you send
- You receive a reference ID only after private delivery accepts the message.
- Support, feedback, and complaints remain distinct in the private intake.
- The editorial queue reviews corrections against the cited source.
- If a claim changes, the change appears in the public evidence updates feed with its new source.
- Corrections that lower a rating are published exactly like those that raise one.
What it is not
- Feedback is never auto-published. Nothing you write appears on the site without editorial review.
- It never changes a score on its own — only replacement evidence does.
- Paying us does not move you up the queue. There is no paid queue.
- This is a non-PHI service. Never include patient identifiers.
